We set up every camera personally for you before it ships — usually within 48 hours of ordering. Then we ship with Track & Trace. So you don't have to configure anything: unpack, switch on, live view.

No, not mandatory. Your camera comes with 1 GB of data included via prepaid. Want more data or unlimited use? Choose a larger bundle or a monthly subscription. Many customers just use the included data or top up prepaid when needed.
The camera has a standby time of up to 300 days — it only activates when you watch via the app or on motion. For intensive use (continuous viewing), we recommend a power bank or solar panel (order under "Complete your package") so you're never without power.

The standard prepaid SIM card works throughout Europe, the US and Canada. For other destinations (Asia, Africa, South America), we have a Global Extended option — ask via WhatsApp for a custom setup.
