You know the feeling: your horse is hot and sweaty after riding, the legs are covered in sand and you would love to rinse him off. But the yard only has a cold outdoor tap — or no water at all. And at the showground there is a queue at the one wash bay, if there is one.
Still, you want to give your horse the care it deserves. That is why we developed the Horse Watch Rinse & Go: a portable horse shower with its own water tank and battery. In this vlog we show how it works, at the yard and by the trailer.
No hot water at the yard? Fill it at home
The Rinse & Go tank holds 17 litres. Fill it at home from the tap — warm water is fine — and put it in the car. At the yard you then have a warm shower for your horse, without any hot water supply. Half an hour of rinsing per charge is plenty for legs, belly and a full rinse. Even in winter, when cold tap water is not an option.
In the lorry or trailer: home fresh and clean
After a lesson away or a show you would rather not load a hot, sweaty horse. With the Rinse & Go in the lorry or trailer you rinse off sweat and sand straight after the test and cool the muscles down. Your horse travels home clean and relaxed — and there is nothing left to do at home.
At the wash bay: washing with shampoo
The included shampoo reservoir clicks onto the spray gun. Shampoo or cooling wash is mixed into the water jet automatically: wash and rinse in one go. The 7-in-1 nozzle twists from a soft shower to a powerful jet for mud.
